All of our products are made on the premises. Our sausages are made with all natural ingredients, ABSOLUTELY no preservatives added, and Gluten-Free. Stuffed sausage is in natural hog casing.
Our smoked products are all smoked from a “state-of-the-art” smokehouse, with our own brown-sugar cure. All of our packages are vacuum-sealed, allow for a 5 day shelf life after thawing, and approximately 1 lb. packages.

Italian Sweet Sausage
Our best seller! Our recipe will satisfy any sweet sausage lovers taste buds. Whole fennel seeds and our natural ingredients will speak for themselves. Don’t forget the peppers and onions.

Country Sausage

Seasoned Pork Roast
We take a boneless pork butt butterfly it open, sprinkle our own rub into the middle with oregano. Sprinkle the same mixture around the outside and put into a netting to hold together. You can smell the flavor!

Smoked Pork Bacon
Our bacon is cured and smoked the old-fashioned way, it soaks in our brown-sugar cure brine for 10 days. Then smoked for 12 hours using REAL cherry wood. Doesn’t get any better than that.

Elk & Venison
We purchase Red Stag venison and Elk from New Zealand that are raised in wide open pastures. Therefore they are grass-fed, which means a free range diet and never administered antibiotics or hormones.
