Since 1968
We have been processing meat since 1968, a family-run business located in New Jersey in the rural county of Hunterdon.
It all started when our family decided to run a general store, selling groceries and learning how to retail meat cuts. With the hunting community also as customers, bringing in their harvest started to become part of the business.
As the second generation has kept the wheels turning, we have taken pride into continuing an ongoing tradition.

All of our products are made on the premises. Our sausages are made with all natural ingredients, ABSOLUTELY no preservatives added, and Gluten-Free. Stuffed sausage is in natural hog casing.
