We have been making venison products for the hunting community for the past 50 years. We are privileged and excited to offer these fine products to you.
All of our products are made on the premises.
Our sausages are made from all natural ingredients, no additives, MSG, or any preservatives.
Our cherry smoked products are processed with a minimal amount of additives to ensure freshness and fully cooked. We use natural pork casing, all products are vacuum-sealed, on average our smoked items will be 12oz. packages. Our sausages will be 1 lb. packages, and immediately flash frozen.
We purchase venison from Pamu Farms of New Zealand.
Red Deer are naturally raised, free to roam and graze on different types of foliage (red and white clover, rye, fescue, and luceme).
Hormone free and Antibiotic free.
Venison is nutritionally and healthier than other meats.
Less fat than skinless chicken.
80% less fat than beef.
Twice as much iron as beef.
Eight times more iron than chicken.

A nice, milder tasting delicacy which will mix well with pork, game meat, or even any kind of wild fowl. Stuff in casing or patties on the grill. Ingredients: Corn syrup solids, salt, mustard, spices, monosodium glutamate, nonfat milk, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3.
Country Sausage Seasoning
GameButchers own blend of spices with a hint of sage. No preservatives or MSG added.
Makes great game or pork sausage!

Pepperoni Seasoning
