At this time, we can ONLY ship N.J. in-state only.
We will ship UPS which will ship Monday thru Wednesday for next day delivery.
Any orders taken after Wednesday at 12pm will ship the following Monday.
Please be sure the address we receive is reliable and accurate, or be sure someone is home to receive your delivery. UPS does not require your signature and therefore will drop off at the address you provide.
You will receive an e-mail when your package ships with a UPS tracking number.
How will the parcel be packaged?
We will ship products in a styrofoam shipper which will contain dry ice as the refrigerant. The ice is contained in a plastic bag, instructions for handling are on the bag.
Do not touch dry ice with your bare hands or allow any skin contact.
Products should stay frozen for 24 hours from time of shipment. Partially frozen items can be refrozen with no quality issues or shortness of shelf-life.
What happens if your parcel is damaged or thawed?
Please double check to make sure your address is correct.
We cannot issue any credit or replacement due to an incorrect address.
Contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues with your order.
Temperatures under 40 degrees inside the cooler is safe and if product is thawed can be refrozen with minimal quality changes.
We cannot accept any inquiries after the 24 hour grace period from shipping date. No refunds will be issued.
